The Governors Ball is a music festival that celebrates a vibrant array of genres in the heart of New York City. Entering its 7th year, it has amassed a huge following from across the world, all eager to revel in the delights it has to offer. With astounding lineups that incorporate some of the biggest names in music, expect to see legendary icons as well as the hottest acts on the contemporary music scene. All of this is accompanied by tonnes of events across the island, including silent discos, food fairs, games and whacky photo booths in order to make the experience that much more special.

 

Some of the names to have graced the stages include Drake, Deadmau5, Kanye West, The Strokes, Outkast, Skrillex, Axwell ^ Ingrosso, Disclosure, Kings of Leon, The Killers, CHVRCHES, M83, The Black Keys, Florence and the Machine, Gorgon City, SBTRKT, Hot Chip, Lana Del Rey and countless others.

 

 

 

Activities & Art 

Mini golf, silent discos, interactive photo booths, life-size board games, and unique outdoor activations are all apart of the summer experience. Gov Ball has them all and then some.

 

New York City’s place in art history is undeniable, and the urban aesthetic has been shaped and styled by street artists who make statements, create beauty, and inspire.
